Coaches will collect guests and escort them to the venue. (Finer details below)

🌸 12:00 PM – Wedding welcome!
Guests arrive and are greeted with a welcome drink. Sip, mingle, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings

💍 12:30 PM – "I Do" Time!
Find your seats and get ready for the ceremony to begin!

🥂 1:00 PM – Champagne Tower
Time to raise a glass (or several)!

🍇 1:30 PM – Luxe Grazing Platters Served
Indulge in some delicious bites while soaking in the post-ceremony bliss.

🎤 2:15 PM – The Fathers' Toast
The first round of heartfelt speeches—get ready for some laughter, maybe a few happy tears, and wise words from the Dads.

🍴 2:30 PM – Canapés Galore!
Savor another round of exquisite bites

💖 3:15 PM – Cheers to the Couple!
Speeches from the Maid of Honour, Best Man, and of course, the newlyweds themselves

🔥 3:35 PM – Coal Fire BBQ
More delicious food served fresh off the flames!

🎶 4:00 PM – First Dance
The couple’s first dance as newlyweds!

🍰 4:30 PM – Dessert Canapés
Because no celebration is complete without a little sugar rush!

🌅 5:00 PM – Golden Hour & Final Toasts
Last drinks are poured as the bridal party sneaks off for sunset photos.

🚌 5:30 PM – Onto the next Chapter!
Time to jump back on the coaches as we say goodbye to Farm & Co and head to our next venue.

Guests arrive at the Sunny Days Distillery.. After Party!

💃 6:30 PM – The Bridal Party Entrance
Bridal party arrive with a little extra magic.........

🎉 7:00 PM Onwards – Get your party pants on!
The dance floor is calling, the drinks are pouring, and for those craving a late-night bite—we have the delicious Fix On 66 Food Truck.

🕑 2:00 AM – The Final Farewell
All great parties must come to an end! We hope you make the best memories to take home!

We recommend staying on the southern end of the Gold Coast, as our coaches will be picking up from that area. Plus, the afterparty will be held at Sunny Days Distillery in Burleigh, making it the most convenient spot to stay!

We love your little ones, but other than a couple of our family members, we’ve decided to make this an adults-only celebration. Treat yourself to a night off and enjoy the party!

We’d love for you to be present in the moment! We’ll have a professional photographer capturing the day, so we kindly ask that you keep phones tucked away during the ceremony. After that— take as many as you like and don't forget to use the QR code provided to share all your snaps with us!
